In this episode of Personally Speaking, Msgr. Jim Lisante is joined by Fr. Rich Conlin. Fr. Rich is a Catholic priest of the Archdiocese of Vancouver, British Columbia. Before answering his call to the priesthood, Fr. Rich was an NCAA Division 1 competitive golfer for St. Mary’s College of California, and he also worked as an accountant. His mother asked him to go to Confession for her birthday, something he hadn’t done in five years. Fr. Rich says it was there his life changed forever. His faith began to grow through daily Mass and frequent reconciliation and he decided to give his life to God. Fr. Rich Conlin talks about his life, his Catholic faith, and going from golf into the priesthood.
